ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jeffrey Evan Morrison
Jeffrey Morrison is a practicing architect with a Masters of Architecture degree from Tulane University. He has lived in the historic neighborhoods of Atlanta since 1996. He has taught design studios at the Kennesaw State University School of Architecture, and built a sculptural installation for the inaugural Art on the Beltline. His architectural projects span a range of building types, usually in civic or educational settings, and tend to be inspired by contextualism, materiality, and creating a sense of place. Alongside his father, he has been riding, photographing, and occasionally operating steam trains his whole life. For over twelve years, he has been giving free walking tours known as Unseen Underground to the curious and adventurous.
